Friendly staff, beautiful landscape, spacious rooms with lake view, convenient location

Nothing, it is perfect.

We appreciated the fact that we chose inna parapat. There was free parking. Batu gantung was within walking distance. Free Wi-Fi was handy;)))

Nearby Horas Shugary, a great dining spot within a 10-minute walk, provided a delightful experience.

The beach was great and the location was beautiful with a stunning view. I enjoyed the free meals that were provided during Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome.

The hotel was a bit outdated and run-down. The room was not well-maintained with stains on the bedding and walls.

The hotel facilities were top notch, with a clean and well-maintained garden and private beach. The location was fantastic, right by the famous Toba lake. Transportation was easy, and parking was ample. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plus, breakfast was delicious!

No complaints.

The private beach offered great views. the three included meals were a nice touch. the location was central to all amenities.

Limited availability of hot water was frustrating, and the loud morning exercise music was not relaxing. the rooms were dated and could have been cleaner.

I am absolutely blown away by the stunning view of the lake from my room! Not only that, but the location is perfect with plenty of shops and eateries, and easy access down to the beach. the staff are friendly and the room is clean and neat with all of the necessary amenities. the breakfast could use some improvement, but there are plenty of local food options nearby.

There is one aspect of the hotel that could use some attention - the WiFi is almost non-existent.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with the option of having twin beds or a room with a balcony. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the basic amenities were well-maintained. The breakfast provided was tasteful and satisfying, a perfect way to start the day.

The hotel is conveniently located close to shops and eateries in the Lake Toba area. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities and I especially enjoyed having a balcony with a beautiful view. The staff are highly trained and provided excellent service throughout my stay.
